Once you have narrowed down your search:
1. Compare the costs and benefits of various programs. Consider whether or not your
financial aid will apply. Walsh aid applies only to Walsh or CCSA-sponsored programs,
but federal financial aid may apply to other programs.
2. Meet with the Director of International Programs and Services to discuss your decision.
3. Meet with your academic advisor and/or division chair to determine which courses will
transfer and fulfill requirements you need for your degree. You will also need to
complete the Transient Student Authorization form with the Registrar.
4. Apply early to the program of your choice.
5. Apply for scholarship and grant opportunities you may be eligible for.
6. Keep up your studies as you wait for your letter of acceptance, which will contain
further instructions. Continue to research your country of interest.
