Sam Cerreta (So., North Canton, OH/Hoover), subbing for the injured Dan Kane (Sr., Bolivar, OH/Tusky Valley) at quarterback, directed the offense flawlessly. Cerreta completed 10-18 passes for 128 yards and a TD and scored on a one-yard run. Walsh led 7-3 after one quarter, 17-3 at the half and 24-3 after three quarters. Dustin Stewart (Fr., Southeast, OH/Ravenna) rushed for 85 yards on 17 carries and Chase Hostetler (Jr., New Philadelphia, OH/HS) gained 52 yards on 14 carries, as the Cavs compiled 321 yards on the ground.
