Katie Woolf begins her first season as a varsity assistant at Walsh. She spent the past two seasons as an assistant coach for Malone.

Woolf is a graduate of Louisville High School where she lettered four times for the Leopards as a catcher. From there, she went on to letter four years for the Marietta Pioneers. She was a first-team All-OAC selection, second-team All-Region, and currently holds the career record for highest fielding percentage at Marietta at .991.

She graduated from Marietta with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. Woolf then earned her master’s degree in organizational leadership from Malone.

Woolf has also coached for the Maddogs Travel Softball Organization for five years from 2007 to 2011.

She currently resides in Louisville.
