Walsh University Student Health Insurance Policy

Walsh University requires all full-time undergraduate students to have health insurance. Students who do not have health insurance will need to purchase their own policy. Good health is essential to your academic success; adequate insurance can assist you in getting the care you need to maintain your health.

United Healthcare Student Resources is offering medical insurance to our students; First Risk Advisors is the agent for the plan.

Enrollment Process
Voluntary enrollment is open to any undergraduate student who is registered with at least 9 credit hours and any graduate student who is registered with at least 6 credit hours. The enrollment site is now open and can be accessed at www.firststudent.com.

International students must provide their health insurance policy, in English, to the International Student Advisor to ensure federal compliance.
