Walsh Students Experience Historic Retirement of Pope Benedict in Castel Gandolfo

Walsh Global Learning students studying in Rome at the University's campus in Castel Gandolfo, experienced the historic final appearance of Pope Benedict XVI at Castel Gandolfo's Central Piazza on February 28, marking the official beginning of his retirement from the Papacy.

The students along with Michael Cinson, director of student life in Italy, and Danilo Mori, Rome site director, were also interviewed by reporters from MSNBC, ABC, BBC and several worldwide news agencies who are in Castel Gandolfo reporting.
