Residence Halls - Wilkof Towers - Living Room Wilkof Towers Walsh University’s newest student residence facility Wilkof Towers, is a 4-story student residence building on the west side of the Walsh University campus. The 140-bed, innovatively-designed facility was constructed using post-tensioned concrete which allowed for a four-story building to fit in the same space of a traditional three-story structure. Wilkof Towers also features a 3rd floor computer lab, main level fitness center, laundry facilities and an outer terrace. Student rooms are designed for double occupancy, and each two-room suite includes a private bathroom with shower. As many as three students may occupy one room due to fluctuations in enrollment. Lemmon Hall Lemmon Hall, opened in 1995, offers apartment-style suites, complete with kitchenettes. A meeting room, computer lab and laundry facilities are located on the first floor. Residence Quad Upper - Alexis, Lemmon, Menard Halls Grove Apartments The University Apartments, some of the newest residential buildings on campus, offer apartment-style living with a focus on privacy. Each 1,200 square-foot apartment comes with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a private bedroom for each resident, and a bathroom for every two students. Named in honor of donations made by friends of the University, the three halls are Brauchler Hall for William (Bill) and Kathleen Brauchler, Stein Hall for Donald Stein and his wife Mildred, and Meier Hall for Bill and Jennifer Meier.
