University Programming Board UPB Underground What is the UPB Underground? To successfully complete over 80 events in the academic year, the University Programming Board relies on a dedicated group of volunteers to help plan and implement campus events. Underground members assist UPB Executive Board Members with a variety tasks oriented to designing and facilitating various campus events. The Underground is a great opportunity to be involved on campus without the large commitment of serving as an UPB Executive Board member. In addition, the Underground is an excellent stepping stone in becoming a member of the UPB Executive Board. How do I become a member of the Underground? Each semester the University Programming Board organizes two meetings for student interested in the program. From that meeting, students can apply to become members of the group. To maintain their membership, members are required to attend any Underground meetings be an avid supporter of the University Programming Board through attending events and promoting the organization. What is the UPB Underground Rewards Program? Underground members who meet certain criteria are qualified to receive rewards for their hard work.There are two reward levels; Maroon and Gold.Reward Levels are only good for one academic year and Gold Level is limited to the first 12 students who reach the criteria. Maroon Level Criteria- any Underground member can reach Maroon Level
