Erin Foster - Head Coach, Walsh University

Erin Foster begins her second year as Head Coach for the Cavaliers. Last year in her debut season, Foster led the Cavaliers to a 22-8 regular season record. In 2010 Foster coached a NAIA All-American, three AMC first-team players, one second-team All-AMC player, and a 2010 Daktronics-NAIA Volleyball Scholar-Athlete. Foster was the Assistant Coach for Walsh in 2009, helping to guide the team to a 28-9 overall record, an AMC Conference Tournament Championship, and a first round NAIA National Tournament appearance. In 2009, Foster assisted in coaching an NAIA All-American, AVCA First-Team selection player, two AMC first-team players, an AMC Freshman of the Year, a second-team All-AMC player, and an honorable mention All-AMC player. Foster previously coached at Chagrin Falls High School from 2003-2007, and for the USAV Renaissance Cleveland Club program from 2004-2005. Additionally, she was named Marketing Director for Velocity Sports Performance in Mayfield Village, OH from 2005-2007. There she was in charge of community outreach programs and building relationships with local schools, clubs, businesses, professional athletic teams, coaches, elite athletes, and agents in the Cleveland area.

Following her tenure at Velocity Sports Performance, Foster then moved to Mount Union College as the Assistant Coach from 2007-2008. While at Mount Union College, Foster helped the Purple Raiders to an overall record of 30-5 and 8-1 in conference play in 2007 earning Mount Union a second place finish in the Ohio Athletic Conference. Foster has been involved with assisting in camps affiliated with Cleveland State University, Bowling Green State University, Hiram College, Mount Union College, and was Walsh University's camp director in the summer of 2010 and 2011.

Foster played collegiately at NCAA I Cleveland State University from 2000-2004 as a Middle Blocker. While at CSU she earned a Bachelor of Arts Communication with a minor in Marketing. She is currently working on her Masters Degree in School Counseling at Walsh, and plans to finish an additional degree at Kent State University in Athletic Administration. Foster is an active member of the USAV adult volleyball club organization in the Ohio Valley Region, and is an active player on the Ohio beach volleyball circuit. She resides in Shelby, Ohio.

Kelli Brown - Assistant Coach

Kelli Brown begins her second at Walsh University as assistant coach. Brown is originally from Battle Creek, Michigan and played collegiately at Kellogg Community College (2005-2007) in Battle Creek, and then transferred to Indiana Institute of Technology University in Fort Wayne, Indiana from 2007-2009. She graduated from Indiana Tech with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

In 2006 Brown was named second-team Honorable Mention Volleyball Team (Kellogg CC) and to the Kamina Allen Classic "All Tournament Team" at Genessee CC (Kellogg CC). In 2008, she was named to the Academic All-Conference Volleyball Team (Indiana Tech) and was a member of the Indiana Tech team that qualified for the NAIA National Tournament. In 2009, Brown was named to the Indiana Tech Dean's List and was a "Who's Who among College Students" award recipient.

She is currently pursuing a master's degree in business management at Walsh. Kelli resides in North Canton, Ohio.

Angela Heagy- Graduate Assistant

Angela Heagy begins her first season at Walsh University as a Graduate Assistant. Heagy is originally from Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. There, at Seneca Valley High, she made three WPIAL appearances and one State Tournament, where she was named to the second Pennsylvania All-State Team. She played collegiately at Hiram College for two years as a defensive specialist. Following an injury, she became the Student Assistant Coach for her remaining years, and earned the NCAC Conference Championship her senior year. She graduated from Hiram with a Bachelor's Degree in English.

Along with her collegiate experience, Heagy also spent three years coaching JO's for the Academy for Volleyball in Cleveland, Ohio.

She is currently pursuing a master's degree in business management at Walsh. Angela resides in Canton, Ohio.
