Kelli Brown begins her third year at Walsh University as assistant coach. She assists Foster with the day-to-day operation of the varsity program, while also running the junior varsity program. Brown is originally from Battle Creek, Michigan and played collegiately at Kellogg Community College (2005-2007) in Battle Creek, and then transferred to Indiana Institute of Technology University in Fort Wayne, Indiana from 2007-2009. She graduated from Indiana Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

In 2006 Brown was named second-team Honorable Mention (Kellogg CC) and to the Kamina Allen Classic “All Tournament Team” at Genessee CC (Kellogg CC). In 2008, she was named to the Academic All-Conference Team (Indiana Tech) and was a member of the Indiana Tech team that qualified for the NAIA National Tournament. In 2009, Brown was named to the Indiana Tech Dean’s List and was a “Who’s Who among College Students” award recipient.

She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business management at Walsh. Kelli resides in North Canton, Ohio.


Carolyn Holstein - Graduate Assistant Coach   

Carolyn Holstein begins her first season at Walsh University as a graduate assistant. This is her first coaching position.

Holstein is a graduate of Brownsburg High School ((IN) (2007) and the University of Missouri–St. Louis (2011). At UNSL, she earned All-Great Lakes Valley Conference and all-regional honors as libero. She also earned Daktronics Scholar-Athlete recognition. She finished her career second in career digs, seventh in career service aces and first in single season digs.

Holstein earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration. Carolyn resides in Louisville, Ohio.
