Our Bodies Proclaim the Gospel

More than 400 guests gathered in the Walsh University Barrette Business and Community Center on March 14, when Walsh University and 95.5 The Fish proudly welcomed globally recognized speaker and author Christopher West.

West presented afternoon and evening sessions of "Our Bodies Proclaim the Gospel." John Paul II's teaching on the body and our sexuality reveals the great mystery at the heart of the Gospel itself. West uses this teaching to reach our sexually broken world.

After the evening session, a panel comprised of Christopher West; Fr. John Keehner, St. Columba Rector and St. Casimir Pastor in Youngstown; and Dr. Margarita Lassaletta, Christian OB/GYN answered audience questions. The event was followed by a reception and book-signing for West's At the Heart of the Gospel.
