What are Walsh's policies on tobacco and alcohol?

Alexis, the freshman residence hall, is alcohol free due to the fact that all residents are under the legal drinking age. The other residence halls and apartments do permit alcohol as long as the students who reside in the room are of legal drinking age. All University buildings are smoke free.
