Walsh narrowly edged rival Cedarville by a count of 5-4 to claim the Ohio Independent Championship this afternoon. Walsh improved to 11-5 on the season with an 8-1 win over rival Malone University (7-10) at Harvard Courts today.  The Cavs swept doubles play and won five of six singles matches.  Walsh is home to Carlow College at 3 pm tomorrow.
