Buying professional attire can be an expensive hurdle for financially strapped students entering the workforce. As a part of this ongoing initiative to address issues of financial insecurity with students, the University has created a new on-campus boutique, the Cavs Closet, which will provide Walsh students with new and gently used business and casual attire suitable for a variety of professional occasions including career fairs, interviews, internships, and in the workplace. Through the generous donations of many friends of Walsh and the community, this resource is entirely free for students.

The Cavs Closet is the second on-campus initiative designed to address the often hidden needs of students who may be facing financial hardships. In 2019, the University began the Cavs Cave Campus Pantry, providing food for students who are facing food insecurity.

Students will have access to suits, blazers, dresses, coats, pants, dress shirts, ties, shoes, accessories, athletic gear and more to help them feel and look their best as they transfer from school to professional employment in a wide range of career fields.

The Cavs Closet is located on the ground floor of Lemmon Residence Hall.
