Accelerated Degree Program Requirements
Simply transfer a minimum of 12 semester hour credits from a regionally accredited institution(s) where you maintained at least a 2.00 grade point average.
The minimum age requirement is 21 to enter any of our accelerated degree programs.
If you've earned less than 12 semester hours of credit, or have under a 2.0 GPA, a School for Professional Studies advisor will be happy to meet with you to discuss your options.
In addition to a streamlined admissions process and flexible, in-class sessions, SPS has developed a menu system to help you earn your degree in an accelerated time frame.
Credit may be earned through two nationally standardized examinations - CLEP and DANTES (Administered by Walsh University).
Credit may be earned by constructing a portfolio of essays demonstrating knowledge from life/work experience equivalent to that gained from a college course.
Credits you have earned from other accredited institutions.
Credit may be earned for training completed through your employer, professional organization, or military experience.
Online courses through OCICUare available to all SPS students, enabling you to study and prepare your coursework anywhere, anytime.
