Commemorating the 75th Anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Douglas Palmer presented "World War II, the War on Terror and the New World Order," as the final lecture in the fall Lifelong Learning Academy series on Wednesday, Dec. 7. Dr. Palmer provided the perspective of a historian and veteran to understand the past and interpret the present.
As part of the evening, all World War II veterans who registered at the door were honored by the American Legion Post 44.
This Lifelong Learning Academy program is open to the public without charge.
