Student Service Center

The Student Service Center – located in Farrell Hall 101 – consists of the offices of Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Registrar.  The main duties of the SSC are to assist students with financial aid, scholarships, payments, registration, and student records.

The Financial Aid staff are available to help you navigate the financial aid process, understand the breakdown of tuition and fees, and to ensure you are awarded financial aid to your maximum eligibility.  Our office is also available to counsel you on the various aid programs and to help you determine how these programs can best assist you in financing your educational expenses.

The Student Account team is able to answer questions about your account balance, payment options, and refunds.  All charges are due on the first day of each semester.  Although tuition bills are not mailed, students are able to check their account balance at any time by logging into their Student Account Center (

If you are a prospective student with questions about how we might be able to help you with your financial needs, please contact the Office of Admissions at (330) 490-7172. If you’re a returning student and have questions about financial aid, please call the Office of Financial Aid at (330) 490-7367.
