We’re Giving Away 21 Scholarships for Returning Undergraduate Students!

This fall, we have so much to be grateful for and look forward to. With the availability of the vaccination brings much hope and anticipation for a return to a vibrant campus life. We anticipate that many of the COVID restrictions from this past year will continue to be lifted and are estimating that at least 80% of classes will return to face-to-face, more class time options will be available, athletic home games will happen on our campus, numerous campus events and activities will resume, and with your help and continued diligence we are going to have an incredible year! We are also happy to report that we have had zero cases of COVID-19 on campus since April. THANK YOU for your diligence!

21 for 2021 Scholarship Opportunity

To celebrate the 2021-22 school year and show our appreciation for the students doing their part to get us where we are, we are happy to announce that will be drawing the names of 21 full-time traditional undergraduate students who are registered for Fall Terms 1 & 2 to receive FREE TUITION for Spring Semester*! That’s right, we’ll pay off your balance for Spring 1 & 2! All you have to do is be a registered student by the date of your drawing to qualify.

How it Works

Each week beginning the week of July 12, 2021, we will be giving away five student scholarships per week within each of the below categories. The final week, we will give away one additional scholarship from our entire pool of registered students. The earlier you register, the more categories you’ll qualify for. If you are already registered for Fall 1 & 2, you’re in the drawing! If you are not sure if you are registered for Fall 1 & 2, please contact your academic advisor or call Rebecca at (330) 490-7190. Winners will be announced each Wednesday in the Walsh Wire starting on July 14, 2021. Must be registered by the date below to qualify for that week’s drawing.

*Note: Qualifying students must still be enrolled at Walsh as a full-time traditional undergraduate student Fall 1 & after the add/drop deadline for Fall 2, and must have a zero balance at the end of Fall 2. Be sure that you or your student is registered for fall classes by the date of each deadline shown above to be eligible for this scholarship program. Winners will receive a scholarship to pay off their remaining Spring balance due after scholarships and grants have been applied. This promotion does not include entering fall freshmen and transfer students or tuition for more than 18 hours total in Spring 1 & 2.
