Housing Accommodations – Seanor Hall

As a traditional residence hall, Ann and George Seanor Family Hall is the perfect residence hall for students and their peers to share in their residential experience.  For more information, visit www.walsh.edu/residence-halls

  • Student renters will be assigned to a designated floor.
  • All Walsh residence halls, including Seanor Hall, are accessed by secure swipe entry. Only students living in the building will be able to access the front doors with their university ID card.
  • Number of Occupants per Room: 2
  • Meal Plan: A Full Meal Plan is required
  • Room Includes: Built-in closets; Bunkable/loftable beds; Extra-long twin mattresses; Two dressers, desks; and desk chairs; Blackout roller shades; Vanity sink and private-shared Jack and Jill bathroom.
  • Amenities: high-speed internet Quiet Study Areas, Computer Lab, Community Laundry Room, and Vending Machines.

Campus Dining

The University's dining services are operated by Sodexo Dining Services.  Our dining plans combine board meals with flex dollars to provide flexible and attractive options. The traditional board meals are served in the Schervish Dining Hall. Flex dollars are equal to a dollar and are used as cash at the Cavalier Café, Betzler Grille, the Sword Stop (Convenience Store), and Donato’s (North Canton).

  • Full Meal Plan A 19 meals per week | $25 Flex Dollars
  • Full Meal Plan B 14 meals per week | $75 Flex Dollars
  • Full Meal Plan C 56 meal block | $187 Flex Dollars

Stark State Student Housing and Meal Rate

Payment will be due by the fourth Friday of academic session, submitted to the Student Service Center (Farrell Hall). 

  • Seanor Hall Standard Double Room Rate with a Full Meal Plan $3,200 (per 8-week session)
  • Seanor Hall Standard Single Room Rate with a Full Meal Plan $3,700 (per 8-week session)

Agreement Terms

The agreement is specific to housing and dining services only. Access to university programs and services is reserved for Walsh University students. Student Renters will receive a University ID which will provide access to the residence halls and meal plans. 

Student Renter Inquiry

To begin the inquiry process, complete the Student Renter Inquiry Form. After submission and review, the Residence Life office will outreach to you regarding approval status. Once approved, you will receive an email communication to submit your $200.00 housing deposit.  You will then be prompted to create a user account for Walsh University’s Housing Portal where you can complete your application, contract and code of conduct agreement.
