Colin and I met the week we moved in at Walsh. We had both moved in early, as I played soccer and he played football. We became close friends, but didn't start dating until Valentine's Day 2014 (freshman year).
The Proposal:
Colin proposed while we were on vacation in Savannah, Georgia in August 2016. We had planned on going out for pizza, but before we went to the restaurant, Colin wanted to stop at Forsyth Park to catch Pokemon... I was not amused, but went along with it. While we were standing right in front of the fountain at the park he started telling me all the reasons he loved me. Before I knew it, he was down on one knee proposing. He had hired a photographer who took photos of the entire proposal and took engagement photos all over downtown Savannah.
Where are you now?:
Since graduating, we decided to move to Savannah, Georgia where we recently bought our first house. We adopted 2 cats in October 2017, Tracer and Winston, and Colin surprised me with a puppy named Cooper for Christmas this year.
