Walsh University Winter Weather Operations Update for Wednesday, January 28

Dear Walsh Community,

Due to the extremely cold weather forecast for Wednesday, January 28, Walsh remains open; however, classes that begin prior to 10:30 a.m. will be conducted remotely. University personnel should report to campus by 10:30 a.m. Employees will work from home until 10:00 a.m. at the discretion of their Vice President.

What this means for Wednesday:

  • All classes before 10:30 a.m. will be held remotely. Faculty will communicate course expectations for online learning.
  • Staff should plan to report to campus by 10:30 a.m., provided they can do so safely. Please work with your respective Vice President as needed regarding travel conditions.

We will continue to monitor conditions and share any additional updates if necessary. Please prioritize your personal safety, exercise caution, and continue to monitor your email for updates.
