Learn to write documents, take notes, create spreadsheets, and more. Office training covers a wide range of software titles including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. The program covers verbal and non-verbal communication, conflict management, emotional intelligence, time and change management, and advanced features of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. The course will focus on document creation, data management, presentation design, email management, and task collaboration. These skills are necessary for entry level employment in a number of fields.

Manufacturing Technology

The Manufacturing Technology credential program prepares participants for entry-level positions in the manufacturing industry. The program focuses on communication, conflict management, emotional intelligence, time management, change management, manufacturing processes, equipment operation, quality control, and technological integration. Participants gain practical skills in machining, quality assurance, and production workflow management. Learn data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) principles across the entire manufacturing value chain. Participants will gain insights into leveraging these technologies in office operations, shop floor management, logistics, and product design. The course focuses on practical applications and real-world scenarios to enhance participants' understanding and application of data-driven strategies in manufacturing.

HVAC Diagnostics (ILT)

The Walsh University Skilled Technical Workforce Program for HVAC professionals is led by certified industry veterans in a state-of-the-art, five thousand square foot facility located in Canton, Ohio. The Trade Master’s learning lab is staffed by licensed HVAC instructors with decades of industry experience. As education providers for Ohio’s TechCred Grant program, Walsh University provides cutting edge training at no cost to Ohio businesses or their employees.

FAA Drone Technology UAS

The program also offers the opportunity to earn the FAA Drone Technology UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) credential, which is essential for individuals who wish to operate drones commercially. This credential ensures that operators have the necessary knowledge and skills to fly drones safely and in compliance with federal regulations.
