Employees must work a regular schedule of 30 hours or more per week to be eligible for medical or dental benefits. Employees who work a regular schedule of 32 hours or more per week are eligible for all other benefits including:

Participation is voluntary, and coverage is effective on the employee's date of hire. You have 30 days of hire to elect coverage and you will receive your cards within two weeks of electing coverage.
