This form is for Walsh University international students. Due to university policy, all new international students are required to confirm their arrival. International students may also use this form to request a pick-up from the following airports:
- Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE)
- Akron-Canton Airport (CAK)
Pick-up service is provided by university personnel, or international ambassadors on a volunteer basis. Volunteers use their own personal vehicles to pick-up students. If you prefer to be picked up by a professional taxi service, please make arrangements through Uber, Lyft, or similar service. Students arriving with family are expected to rent a vehicle. Information on car rental services can be found on Cleveland Airport website. Walsh University is unable to provide temporary accommodation for non-students.
This form must be completed by August 4, 2023. If the form is not completed by this date, we cannot guarantee your room will be ready on arrival or a pick-up service will be available.

Please note: If you flight is scheduled to arrive after 11 p.m., we ask that you stay at a nearby hotel that evening. If requested, we can arrange to pick you up at the hotel the next morning.
