Walsh University has once again been recognized among the nation’s top institutions for veterans and active-duty service members, earning the Gold-level 2026–2027 Military Friendly® School designation. This recognition reflects the University’s ongoing commitment to providing meaningful educational pathways, specialized resources, and strong community support for members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families.
The annual Military Friendly® Schools list is based on public data and responses from the annual Military Friendly® survey, which measures success in student retention, graduation, job placement, loan repayment, and support services for the military community. Institutions receiving Gold status are those that far exceed the standard, demonstrating best practices and strong outcomes for student veterans.
Walsh earned recognition in two categories:
Military Friendly® School (Gold Status) — Private institution offering doctorate degrees
Military Spouse Friendly School (Designated Status) — Private institution offering doctorate degrees
