Beginning with Spring 2024 graduates, the “Apply for Graduation” function within the Cav Center will be utilized to process your graduation application and to target applicable commencement regalia related emails. If you previously submitted a paper graduation application, you can verify that it has been processed by viewing your active applications directly on your Student Profile homepage.

*Cav Center Graduation Application Availability
- Summer Semester: November 1–July 1
- Fall Semester: March 1–November 1
- Spring Semester: June 30–April 1 (August 1–April 1 for Spring 2024)
Application Deadlines
- Summer Graduation: February 1
- Fall Graduation: June 1
- Spring Graduation: September 30
- Deadline to place an order for Commencement Regalia is April 5, 2024
Graduation Fees
- Associate’s & Bachelor’s: $135
- Master’s: $150
- Doctoral: $175
- Certificate: $25
- Late Fee (Non-Refundable): $35
*Late fees will be assessed for applications submitted after the established deadlines listed above and are non-refundable. Should an application need to be submitted after it closes in the Cav Center, you must contact the Office of the Registrar for instructions on how to proceed.
