Spend a Semester in Gaming, Austria
Walsh University offers a transformative spring semester experience in Gaming, Austria, through a collaboration with Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Students enroll in 15 credit hours and choose from a range of courses that fulfill Walsh University general education requirements. This immersive academic setting provides opportunities for intellectual exploration, spiritual growth, and cultural enrichment.
Franciscan University operates its Gaming program in Austria and welcomes approximately 150–200 students each semester. Walsh students participating in this collaboration benefit from the on-site team of faculty and staff, as well as a comprehensive network of health, safety, and student support services.
The semester in Austria also includes additional international travel throughout Europe, featuring signature excursions to Rome and Assisi, as well as Poland—offering students deeper encounters with history, culture, and faith.
Applications for Spring 2026 are open through December 5, 2025 and can be submitted through the Study Beyond Abroad Office Application page.
