Participants prepare tenant data and permissions for Copilot, manage licensing and settings, apply data protection controls, build and manage agents in Copilot Studio, and use structured prompt engineering to test and validate Copilot output. The course follows the skills measured on Microsoft Exam AB-900.

- Monitor usage, audit logs, and reports, and troubleshoot configuration issues
- Validate AI-generated output with quality assurance and testing techniques
